56 g Type 3/4 Taped Chemical Protective Coverall

The 56 g Type 3/4 taped coverall is a disposable chemical protective coverall, white as its main colour, made from approx. 56 g/m² laminated or microporous film-coated nonwoven fabric. The seams are covered with red or blue tape; the tape helps reduce the risk of liquid passing through needle holes and aids visual inspection of the seam line. In certified models it is intended for Type 3 (liquid jet) and Type 4 (liquid spray); it can be used in the chemical industry, tank cleaning, spraying and decontamination work. It is hooded, with an elasticated face opening, waist and wrists, and a zip with storm flap. Tape colour, fabric weight or a laminated surface alone does not prove Type 3/4 compliance.
