40 g SMS Type 5/6 Protective Coverall

The 40 g SMS protective coverall is made from 40 g/m² nonwoven fabric consisting of Spunbond–Meltblown–Spunbond layers; the middle meltblown layer contributes to the barrier against dry particles. Designed for Type 5/6 protection, the coverall is used, subject to risk assessment, in dusty production and maintenance work, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing, agriculture, livestock farming and industrial cleaning. It is hooded, with a front zip and zip storm flap; the wrists, waist and ankles are elasticated. Type 6 denotes protection against light, limited liquid splashes only and does not mean full liquid-tightness. Class compliance should be verified with the certificate and the EU declaration of conformity.
